REFUNDS
Once your refunded item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund post. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 - 3 working days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@plantathletic.com.
EXCHANGES
If you ordered the wrong size we can definitely exchange your item for free. You will need to send your unused item for exchange to the address below and include a note that details your order number and the size you are wanting to exchange it for. On approval of your exchanged item, we will have the size you want to be shipped to you sent via international standard post. Please contact us at hello@veganathletic.co to confirm the exchange, and send the package back to:

It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How It Works
Each year we release an exclusive design, made for those who represent the values of Plant Athletic. Those who are accepted can choose from a triathlon, cycling, or running kit in the onetime ambassador design. Ambassadors also receive socks, a hat, and 20% OFF all orders for the year.
